Lead Analyst for a Mystery Shopping and Market Research Company. Based in New Zealand, this company primarily provided Market Research and Mystery Shopping Programs for numerous Trans-Tasman Airports. My role consisted of managing shoppers, designing and maintaining their online report forms, and cleaning the resulting data to finally provide insights for our clients.
Content Writer for a number of client websites, responsible for identifying keywords and producing content that was both customer focused and SEO friendly. Ongoing web administration for blaketwigden.com, responsible for ongoing content writing, wordpress backend maintenance and google analytics management/search engine optimization.
Outside of Analytics, I enjoy weight training, and have enjoyed steady progress throughout the past three years (lockdowns abiding!). I hope to eventually participate in some small powerlifting meets to see how far I can go.
When at home, I enjoy watching films, which I catalogue and rate on letterboxd.com. I also enjoy video games, primarly Dota 2, a difficult game which I am bad at, but one that encourages creative problem solving and teamwork which I enjoy.
